| Pick-up and Drop-Off Service Rules 1. Local Pick-up/Drop off Only (Norwalk & Darien) 2. Fees: $30.00 Each Way 3. All Pick-up and Delivery appointments must be pre-scheduled with the kennel manager. 4. This service is NOT Available during any Holidays and certain peak vacation times. 5. Available Monday-Friday ONLY. 6. Owner MUST be home at the time of pick-up/drop off. 7. Owner must call in advance to pre-register with any special instructions (services requested, feeding, medication & emergency contact info.) 8. All medications, food and belongings must be clearly labeled and ready at the time of pick-up. 9. Clients must pre-pay for all services via Credit/Debit card when making the reservation. 10. Limited space available for this service. This service is available on a first come first served basis. Please call The Boarding House with any questions or to book your appointment. |
